The location of the apartment was so close to everything - Cavill Avenue, the beach, cafes and shops. Check in and check out was a breeze. The apartment was nicely presented and clean. The facilities were ample - flat screen tv, wifi, washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room. Would highly recommend anyone who wants value for money to stay here. Even though the building has old bones, the renovations and effort to modernise the rooms makes your stay feel comfortable.

My family of 11 absolutely enjoyed our stay😁 'How' (the nice man at reception) was awesome was always there to answer any of our questions and help when needed. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Hotel is literally a 2 min walk to the beach and shops. Amazing view from our rooms of the beach and city life. Felt just like being at home that's how comfortable it was🤎 Would definitely stay there again 😁 Thankyou for your hospitality xx

Happy holiday for a family celebration for 10 - easy walking distance to beach and restaurants/cafes. Requested two rooms near each other and changed booking to include an extra night which was no problem for them. Given rooms next door to each other and they were just what we needed, simple, clean, comfy beds, extra duvets, really nice bathrooms/shower. Super view of the beach and sounds of the waves at night.

The room comes with a dryer and washing machine, and cooking facilities (cutleries, pots , pans). Also has an underground car park. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was on the ground floor, which was great to be able to sit and watch the children play outside from our room which had direct access. The location was amazing, the room clean and tidy great value for money.
